Richard R. Marsh (Associate)

Richard was born in January 1983 and lived in Clarksburg until college. Richard attended West Virginia University for my undergraduate work and graduated in May 2005 with a degree in Agribusiness Management and Rural Development (B.S.). Richard stayed in Morgantown and attended West Virginia University College of Law and graduated in May 2008, graduating with the honor of Order of the Coif. While there, Richard earned CALIs in Constitutional Law 1, Real Property 1, Appellate Advocacy, Professional Responsibility, and Wealth Transfers. Richard also served as an associate editor on the West Virginia Law Review for Volume 109 and as an editor on the articles selection team for Volume 110.

Richard was a summer clerk for McNeer, Highland, McMunn and Varner during the summers of 2006 and 2007 and returned as a law clerk in September 2008 until I was admitted in West Virginia on October 21, 2008. His areas of concentration are trusts and estates, wills, contracts, property law, bankruptcy, and commercial law. Richard is currently admitted to practice in West Virginia and the Northern and Southern District Courts of West Virginia. Richard is currently a member of the West Virginia State Bar, the Harrison County Bar Association, and the Harrison County Chamber of Commerce.
